Flexible Strip Brush
Flexible strip brushes are made by blending quality brush wire into an extruded 3.2 mm, 5.0 mm or 8.0 mm wide polypropylene or nylon backing that is flexible and shapes various shapes that a typical metal strap brush cannot.
Depending on the brush thickness required, they can make a continuous length of up to 250 m, with brush heights ranging from 10 mm to 300 mm. The extrusion flexible brush is about 40% lighter than the traditional brush and does not corrode because it does not use any metal parts at all. It is usually designed to fit our existing 3.2 mm and 8.0 mm aluminum brush frames.
Staple nail set flexible strip brushes are made by binding filament clusters into continuous coils of specially squeezed flexible polyethylene brush backing, usually 8 x 8 mm, 15 x 15 mm, or 10 x 25 mm, and are available in custom sizes upon request. Single-row hair clusters are standard, but multiple rows can be produced depending on the width of the required brush back.
Great for the printing and pharmaceutical industries, door and cable seals, food processing plants, pest control and spray inhibitors.
Staple pin flexible strip brush-Great for automatic router heads, food mills, pest control, conveyor cleaning, machine protection, and spray inhibitors.
