The great flexibility of the brush and uniform material composition as well as optimal recyclability allow for a variety of applications. These range from the direct replacement of metal strip brushes and the simple production of winding roller brushes to intermediate products used in injection molding parts.

The almost lossless process combines synthetic materials with integrated extruded profiles onto a continuous flexible strip brush.

The great flexibility of the product allows the continuous profiles to be rolled around the drum for later cutting into custom lengths. In addition to the mini-profiles, the design also allows for the replacement of the previously known flexible staple set strip brushes, with the advantages of high fill density and closed fill density.
